The Flourish Programme
Building on Your Strengths in a New Leadership Role

Cultivating
presence, direction and confidence as you lead
If you have stepped into a new leadership role and you are ready to push past managing immediate challenges and start to prioritise, define your role and plan strategically.
What is involved?
Flourish is a coaching programme offering 8 one to one sessions and tasks to prompt further reflection between sessions.
Together we will pinpoint your challenges and develop plans which are actionable and easy to stick to.
The 4 stages of the Flourish Programme
Whilst each programme is tailored to each participant, we will follow the four following stages:

Stage 1: Map where you are now
We start by pressing pause on the firefighting and sense of overwhelm to name all the elements of your role that need attention.
We begin here so that you can step back and assess your role as a whole. From here we can address some immediate challenges and put an action plan in place. This will create more head space to allow sustainable leadership habits to be put in place.
Stage 2: You as a Leader
Building We will explore what leadership means to you and who you are. Therefore you can focus on authentic leadership.
Once we have cleared some head space, we can dig into your beliefs as a leader because what you think about your role will impact how you lead.
Knowing more about your values will help define your boundaries more clearly and make decisions with confidence.
If you are Neurodivergent, this may be where you choose (or not) to explore RSD; masking; executive function; doing things your way.
Stage 3: Leading with Systems and Processes
We build systems to keep all the strands of your role attended to without one element taking over. This will support you to decide priority and continue to work through strategic aims.
We do this now because you understand what you need to support yourself as you look further ahead to build your role.
Stage 4: Leading to thrive
Building on the previous stages, we explore how to lead with momentum. We will recognise where the old habits might creep in and what to do to move you forward.
We do this to ensure that your processes and systems will support your growing leadership role and are robust enough to absorb future curve balls to support your advance.
Each Journey is Unique
Whilst it may seem like we might spend two sessions per stage, this is unlikely.
We will go at your pace and so this means that you may take longer in some stages than others.
You will have the opportunity to reflect as to which stage you have reached following each session and decide what to work on next.

Investment
The Flourish programme has a starting price of £1650 and features:
- 8 virtual sessions of up to one hour long each.
- Preparation and reflection tasks to be completed individually.
This price applies to individuals paying for themselves.
